The aim of this paper is to analyze the arguments used by Nietzsche to interpret as metaphysical necessity arises from an attempt to escape of the pain and suffering that marks the life and, in the end, represents not only a misinterpretation of the human things, but an attempt to healing (with a narcosis), that results secondarily in an obstruction of the "true" healing, the one proposed by Nietzsche in his philosophical-scientific procedure, leading to the resumption of innocence.
