DELEUZE Y EL PROBLEMA DE LA EXPRESIÓN

This paper studies the notion of expression in the two books that Deleuze publishes in 1968: Expressionism in Philosophy: Spinoza and Difference and repetition. We will state the correspondences between the forms of expression in the first book and the ontological levels in the second one, in order to consider which is the exact nature of the renversement (reversal, overthrow) of Spinozism that Deleuze proposes. We will show that this renversement does not consist in reversing the grounding role of the One and the multiple, but in the liberation of the forms of expression from the quadruple fetters of the Principle of Reason, and restore their particular logic and power.
