El discurso sobre la industria forestal en las revistas APSI y Análisis (1974 a 1986)

The objective of this research is to analyze the discursive constructions of the opposition magazines APSI and Análisis regarding the forestry industry during the years 1974 to 1986 by means of Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA), paying attention to the relevant figures, their figurative paths and thematic evaluations, as well as to recognize their power positions and thus to know the implicit and explicit discursive manifestations in the texts. The results differ in their critical position with respect to the traditional media, but maintain a discourse close to the categories of progress when it comes to natural resources; the orientation of the model is questioned, but there are no major epistemological and ontological ruptures with coloniality and subtle expressions of racism.
