The Nietzsche's thought has its emphasis on affirmation, for which forces constitute its differential. The forces operate in the sense of establishing clashes between oppositions and resistances, so that the greater the oppositions filed, the greater the resistances employed. The only goal to be reached is to reach ever more heights of power, going through the confrontation of the sharp air of heights, winter walks, ice, peaks and all kinds of sublime evil. Each experienced opposition triggers a response, which is that of resistance, generating in the organism a greater quantum of force, with a view to overcoming it. Thus, from overcoming to overcoming, the limits that present themselves in the form of mega events that compose the various cycles of return are resisted. In this exchange, marked by opposition and resistance, only specimens endowed with impetus and an affirmative physiological disposition will be able to overcome, realizing their experience of joyful and jovial fullness. These specimens, redeemers of the disease, conceive philosophy as an art of healing, so that living in solitude, in addition to escaping from existence, is an antidote that promotes great health.
