The work follows the constitution of the antinomic thinking in Hegel’s philosophy of the Jena period (1801-1806), by means of an approach to the beginning of the Differenzschrift. Reflecting on the legacy of Kant’s philosophy to Idealism, Hegel will situate the negative nature of philosophy after its double way of affirmation (universal and particular), since the bosom of culture, in the activity of understanding and reason (of the part and of the whole) as double reflection: isolated and general.
