O “privilégio do pensamento”: um ensaio de interpretação

We consider in this article a particular form of the “battle of ideas” which we differentiate from other ways of open confrontation, as the refutation. It has to do with a subtler modality that tries to meddle in the relative weights of the theoretical components of certain conceptions. We associate this form of the theoretical production with the materialistic critic; this allows us to connect Espinosa’s and Marx’s theoretical efforts, and also to essay an interpretation of a controversial theory – relative to the privilege of the attribute of thought – that Deleuze elaborates in his reading of the Ethics.
