I propose here an initial conversation between an ethics of responsibility, from Jonasian matrix, with an ethics of virtues, from Macintyrian matrix, as fundamental steps to be able to think an ethics for a technological society from the categories of "life", "animality", "Vulnerability", and "virtues". I start from the Macintyrean premise that the traditions of moral research, however different their presuppositions and foundations, have as one of their duties the philosophical conversation with the others, so that it becomes possible to construct (or not) some rational validation of these same assumptions and grounds. In that sense, we are going to think along with Jonas, but beyond Jonas, and with MacIntyre but, also, beyond MacIntyre, around an ethics for the Technological society.
