The required for ethical and radical attitudes in favor of human life and all living beings on Earth is an increasingly urgent commitment that must be taken on by every individual, as a way to ensure an existence with dignity and the preservation of rights, against the political and economic power and its necropolitical and necroethical forms of making life unviable, in addition to their devastating consequences for nature and its various ecosystems. This paper reflects in favor of an education for life, considering some ethical-pedagogical principles derived from the socio-critical and educational thought of Paulo Freire and starts from the hypothesis that the critical-formative perspective of Freire's pedagogical and socio-political thought can confront the forms of planetary destruction and annihilation of life caused by the phenomena of the anthropotechnocapitalocene. It makes an analysis that articulates socio-environmental issues and critical education based on a bibliographic research study, guided by the method of dialogical critical hermeneutics. It has the perspective of results that the ethical-pedagogical commitment of educators in the daily routine of their educational practices and the responsibility for transformation in favor of new ethical structures of coexistence among all human beings, living beings as well as nature in the search for the preservation of planetary life and a more humane world reposition human beings and nature at the center of life's values.
