Abstract: Shool insn’t a natural destiny for subjects. Therefore, the most important aspect of personality are those that don’t refer to pedagogical device. Teacher forms pupils , by means of his practice and his language. But seldom he knows this problem by a theoretical approach. Its necessary arriving to subjects for desire, not for adaptation. And subjects capable for understanding the importance of “collective subject”, which is forgotten everywhere today. Keywords: Philosophy of Education; Theory of Education; School, Pedagogy. Resumen: El sujeto no existe "para" 10 escolar. Por ello, no debe pretenderse que 10 que importa de la subjetividad es 10 adaptado al dispositivo pedag6gico. El docente es conformador de subjetividad, a partir del testimonio y del lenguaje. Pero habitualmente no está formado te6ricamente para comprender este rol. Se trata de conformar un “sujeto del deseo", no uno de la adaptaci6n. Y colaborar a] reconocimiento de 10 que es el sujeto colectivo, actualmente tan poco asumido.
